    You do not need to open an account to purchase through us.  You simply choose your item and checkout.  We do not hold any of your information unless you sign up for our newsletter.

  14. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
    If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

    All of our products come with a one year warranty. 
  19. Can I place an order over the phone?
    As we are an ecommerce store, we do not offer telephonic services, including placing an order over the phone.
